Steak with Thyme and Green Chili Sauce
We've all had those days when you come home after a long day at work, and just too tired to prepare an elaborate meal, but want something more flavourful than frozen food. Here is how you can enjoy a spicy, savory meal in less than 30 minutes.
Lightly season your steak with salt and pepper. Here, we used a Black Angus Beef strip loin steak, but you can substitute any cut you prefer.
Cook for 4-5 minutes each side on a cast iron grill pan, or until desired doneness is reached.
Strip thyme leaves, and sprinkle on top of the steak while the steak rests for 5 minutes.
Spread Inthisorn Foods Green Chili Sauce on top of your steak and enjoy.

I am actually a steak lover which made me find this blog very useful because we can now cook a new dish made out of steak. It’s been a while since I last ate steak at my favorite restaurant and I must say that I kind of missed how it tasted. Also, my mom used to cook steak for us when we were still kids and I am not sure why she just suddenly stopped doing this. Well, I think it will be better if I will ask her to cook her special steak recipe tomorrow night since we will be having our weekly gathering.
