Hard Boil Eggs
Cover eggs with cold water, put on high, bring to a rolling boil, take off heat and let the eggs sit for another 10 min.
While you are waiting for the eggs to boil, cut the bacon in half so that it will fit nicely on the toast. Cook the bacon to your desired doneness.
Once the bacon is done, you can toast your bread in bacon fat. Cut toasted bread into rectangles. Spread Jeow Bong on toast.
Peel the eggs and slice.
Top the toast with eggs and bacon
Serve with fruit.
