Mussels are quick, easy and impressive - perfect for when you are planning to have guests over. This recipe serves 6 people for a main course, or 10-12 people for appetizers.
Preheat oven to 375. Cover a tray with aluminum foil, and lay out the mussels on the tray.
Mix together the garlic, butter, Spicy Pineapple Sauce, and Roasted Garlic Seasoning, and half the parsley . Spoon the mixture on the mussels, and sprinkle the cheese and prosciutto on top.
Bake for 15 min. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Enjoy.
