This week recipe comes to us via one of our customers. Sweet and spicy, this salmon is super easy to put together.
Marinate Salmon for 30-40 minutes.
Cook your side dishes while the salmon marinates - we served ours with rice, broccoli and asparagus, but use whatever you like best.
Fry on medium-high in a buttered cast iron skillet, 4 minutes skin side down, turn and cook for another 3 minutes. Salmon is done when the internal temperature reads 60C (140F)
Serve and enjoy.
