Colomba's Green Chili and  Teriyaki Salmon

This week recipe comes to us via one of our customers. Sweet and spicy, this salmon is super easy to put together.


  • ​1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Green Chili Sauce
  • 1.5 lbs Salmon 140F

Marinate Salmon for 30-40 minutes. 
Cook your side dishes while the salmon marinates - we served ours with rice, broccoli and asparagus, but use whatever you like best. 

Fry on medium-high in a buttered cast iron skillet, 4 minutes skin side down, turn and cook for another 3  minutes. Salmon is done when the internal temperature reads 60C (140F)

Serve and enjoy.

Teriyaki salmon is one of my favorite recipes. I think that I have perfected my own recipe, and I am glad to share it with you. I have already started writing my blog for it, so if you are interested, then just go and follow my blog. I have a lot of other recipes out there that you might want to check out. I feel like we can have a lengthy discussion about the recipes that we both love and enjoy.
